"I thought the resort was great! My wife and I went to the Omni for my 10th Wedding Anniversary and my wife and I enjoyed the rest and time away."

"Great place to stay! Hotel staff is always amazing, place is clean, and the breakfasts always has many options to choose from."

"This was the very dirtiest most rundown MOTEL I have ever seen. It was $120 a night. The lobby windows are so dirty you can barely see through them. The desk person did not understand English . The room was filthy and someone's hair was all over the sheets. And Expedia double charged us so we spent $500 on two rooms. They are telling me they only charged $240, but it's right there on my credit card statement. Never stay here and never use Expedia!!"

"Booked 2 rooms 10/3/26. Most disgusting place I have ever been. So bad we requested a refund and drove 2 hours home. This place is truly a health and safety nightmare. My room smelled like bleach, immediately saw a cockroach in the sink, the night stand was broke you could lean it towards the bed of your choice. When we returned for the evening after checking in earlier the reality set in. This room had an investation of cockroaches, they were coming out of everywhere, the walls, nightstand, tv...

"Staff is very friendly. We booked a queen bed room and was initially given a two bedroom room due to a mix up. We unlocked room and before we could do anything else they came to us apologizing about the mix up. They then gave us a king bedroom and only charged us for a double bedroom. All of this without us saying a word! We will definitely be booking with them everytime we pass through, which happens often. Rooms and amenities are nice, clean, comfy and plentiful."

"There were no towels prepared for the guest."

"Whole process was excellent. Would definitely book with this host again."

"The apartment in Bedford was an outstanding value. Communication prior to our stay was great. Sue, the manager of the property, could not have been more attentive to our needs and made an excellent recommendation for dinner the first night we were there. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a short term “retreat” in the Bedford area. "

"This place was CLOSED DOWN when we got there and we received no notification that it was no longer in business. So it was NOT FUN trying to find a place to stay at 11pm at night"

"The location and space was amazing! Super convenient and near everything Bedford has to offer. Only area of improvement is cleanliness, we had some dishes from the cabinets that were dirty and the bathroom mirror was dirty. Otherwise perfect and convenient stay. "

"I would highly recommend, we enjoyed our week long stay"
