"The staff were lovely but the property is definitely showing signs of age and neglect. The property needs to be cleaned up and maintained a bit better. Hot tub wasn't working when we were there. "

Stacy, the operations manager, was especially engaging, knowledgeable and helpful as we were deciding what to do for dinner and what events and venues were worth visiting. We took all of her suggestions and were thrilled when she was spot-on across the board, from Ye Olde Tavern to the syrup-making tour at Dutton’s to the Vermont Country Store. She’s an asset to your operations."

"Be ware that a “preferred room” means a room pets can stay in, not a better room! Hallways smelled of itine on side of hotel where pets are allowed. No elevator so mugging suitcases and skis up stairs was trying. Room size large.staff. Staff we dealt with was lovely! "

"Rooms are clean and staff helpful. Parking on site. Easy access to slopes."

"The place is very centrally located and there's parking in the front. There's a brewery on the ground floor that serves great beer and pizza and has live music. The walls in the rooms are not soundproof at all so not ideal for light sleepers. The live music is until 10-10.30 pm and after that it gets quieter. There's a nice fireplace in a shared space on the ground floor next to the bar. The rooms are very small. They are relatively clean. There's no staff on the hotel. It's self check in. "

"There was no sound insulation between rooms and our neighbors weee loud. The man in the room next to us was snoring and it was so loud that it felt like he was in our room. Our room door would only lock with the deadbolt while inside, so we were unable to leave our room unattended. Police presence in our hallway for an unknown reason left us feeling unsettled with an unlocking door. No one staffing the front desk late in the evening. Awful waterproof mattress pad on bed was uncomfortable and...

"Perfect room for a few nights in Manchester. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was close to town and a short drive to the local ski mountains. The contactless check in/out was perfect for be because I arrived late and left early. Would definitely stay here again. "
