"The USB ports did not work and there were not enough wall sockets for our charging cords. The door was scratched up. There was no curb cut to roll a suitcase up to get to the elevator. The desk staff were very nice."

"The property has recent remodeling that has a clean, refreshed look. Rooms are comfortable, with plenty of usable space for solo travelers, couples, and groups. The bed was cozy, sheets, pillows, and mattress. I didn’t use the microwave or coffeemaker, but the fridge was big enough for a few sparkly waters, a neal, and snacks. Breakfast was simple but thoughtful, with waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast, hard boiled eggs, juices, and fresh apples. The only sadness for me, was the styrofoam breakfast...

"The room looked clean and the bathroom did too. However, the sheets had some stains on them and I didn't know if they were new or old stains, so I asked for new ones. The gal came and put new sheets on right away. She told me those were old stains, as she knew the room had been cleaned and the sheets changed. I believe they are trying to remodel, at least I hope so. The carpet in the hallways and main floor area desperately needs replaced, and some of the rooms door jambs need replaced as...

"Check in was problematic. We were given the wrong room which led to uncomfortable conversations with the other guests in “our” room. The signage outside says this is a bed and breakfast, which it’s not anymore. This was very disappointing. The facility is set up so well for this. I hope they bring it back. "
