"First room we were given had an absolutely filthy shower, hair on the glass shower door, blobs of scum on the glass shower door. The room smelled of mildew. Went to the front desk and they had no problem moving us to another room. The 2nd room smelled better and the glass shower door was somewhat clean. The actual shower floor did not appear to be clean. It looked like there was actual dirt on the shower floor. Once we turned on the AC the air had a slight mildew smell and I noticed there was...

"There was only one staff member working the evening of check in. The curtains were stained and torn. The shower was not cleaned properly and the towels were old."

"Staff are very friendly and room is clean"

"All great"

"The room smelled heavily of smoke, even the linens were smoke infused. We thought we were renting a small cabin, instead it was a room in small motel. We were assigned a room upstairs and my husband and I cannot do stairs due to knee surgeries. We asked for room downstairs and was given one for the night, the said we dont have downstairs for the second night. People above were very noisy. No onsite personnel. Uneven surfaces getting in and out to walk on...parking is iffy. "

"Unit was clean and quiet."
