"The room smelled heavily of smoke, even the linens were smoke infused. We thought we were renting a small cabin, instead it was a room in small motel. We were assigned a room upstairs and my husband and I cannot do stairs due to knee surgeries. We asked for room downstairs and was given one for the night, the said we dont have downstairs for the second night. People above were very noisy. No onsite personnel. Uneven surfaces getting in and out to walk on...parking is iffy. "
