"My stay wasn’t very long, but I did have difficulties checking in late at night because whoever was attending the front desk was asleep on the floor in the office and I had to go through the back and wake them up to get checked in."

"When I arrived at the hotel I was a little early for check in after a long early flight the Missouri. I was not able to check in early so was directed to the restaurant where everyone was friendly.
