"I came in town to visit my farther in the hospital. I normally stay in a Hilton property but i was trying to save money and chose the hotel it was a mistake on my part. The sheets where dirty bathroom was dirty remote for the tv didn't work had a smell in the room like mildew. The outside is very deceiving looks decent on the outside. Doors for outside entry ways where propped open because card access didn't work. Would not recommend."

"It’s a convenient place to stay if you want to go shopping and go to restaurants. But make sure you bring extra money if you want to use plates and silverware. "

"Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta. "

"we had an issue with housekeeping on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay when she took all towels and did not replenish and left the trash cans on the desk and counter, then another time i ran into her in the morning to find out what time she would be coming in to clean, she stated around 4pm but she never cleaned it. I addressed it with front desk and manager and was assigned a new housekeeper who did a wonderful job from 4th-8th day of our stay."

"Even while under lobby renovations, we found the convention center Marriott impeccably maintained. There was a weekend convention going on, but there was still parking in their garage. The pool and gym seemed to be closed due to the work going on. Great coffee at KC’s Korner and the location was an easy walk to local restaurants… :)"

"The receptionist and waitress were both friendly and attentive. My low rating for the hotel is due to the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels...

"Very comfortable, clean, and reasonable for a short stay! Not many amenities though, if that’s what you’re looking for. Otherwise, everything else about this place is pretty decent!"

"The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again."

"Upon arrival checked into the room the tv did not work and I noticed hair in the bathroom and bugs went down to front desk and changed rooms the second room it was already late so I just laid down got up that morning and left early cause I had a two hour drive came back it was late around one going on two am I noticed the sheets and covers were dirty and it was a bug crawling in the bathroom and hair in the bathroom so I went back down to let the front desk know and they said if I leave now I...
