"We had numerous issues while we were there and every time I asked the staff to help I was lied to and they never did a thing to help us. The room was out of toilet paper and I had to remind them 3 times to bring any. It took over 24hrs before I got any. Our key cards stopped working. The bed linens were torn. The door safety latch was broken. We had no coffee cups in the room and when I asked for some I was told to come get some downstairs in the restaurant because nobody was going to bring me any. The window blinds were torn in a couple places and they used duct tape to try and repair them. The bed felt like it was going to fall apart etc… I could keep going. I usually never complain about stuff but I couldn’t let this one go."

"They need to work in the laundry it keep taking the money and west time two times that happened to me other than that all the managers they are super cool nice friendly they make me comfortable I feel like I'm at my home thank you"

"Roberto has been an excellent host. We had a snag on our last visit a few weeks before. However he more than made us whole at this visit. Would also recommend the breakfast with real eggs! Rooms and beds are comfortable. Would definitely return, again."
