"Unfortunately we found blood spots on sheet an pillowcase right before going to bed. Night staff responded appropriately and quickly changed linen without hesitation. We were also provided a free breakfast. Everything else was good."

"Very nice place to stay in Eau Claire - super friendly staff (offered fresh cookies!) and convenient parking in nearby garage. Cafe next door for breakfast options (not included) but convenient. Beautiful common area with tables and a nice fireplace. Fridge in room and odd microwave just sitting on a table by the ice machine, but it worked for our own breakfast in the morning. Great location of course!"

"Parking lot could have had more lighting. Upon check-in I was given a key to an unclean room. Staff happened to be in the hall and seemed shocked. He immediately went to the front desk and got key a for a different room while I went to the car to get my luggage. He checked the second room to make sure it was clean and ready for a guest, and it was. Three small bars of soap but no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. This place could use an update but it was fine for what I needed. The price was...

"This was a fantastic stay. It is an older home so it is a little dated but the owners have been doing remodels. The common area was very clean and comfortable. They provided snacks and beverages for all of their guests. Our room was very clean at check in and exactly as described. The house is close to a major highway but once inside you cannot tell. The whole stay was very quiet and relaxing. The outside commons area has plenty of seating and added to the relaxing stay. All in all it was...

"After the first day we had to change rooms because the shower drain was clogged. The carpet was also a bit sticky in that room. In the new room we found a live cockroach on our last day. We stayed here because it was close to family activities, but we’ll look elsewhere next time. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the included breakfast. The food was okay but sufficed for our needs."

"I love staying here. I enjoy the fact that I can cook my meals and they have a cold fridge to keep my items cold, even kept the ice cold and frozen too. Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean and well maintain. I would say, upgrade to smarter tvs would be nice. I wanted to mirror my phone to the tv. 5 stars all the way!"
