"I was given a room that was already occupied, I opened the door and there was other people's stuff in the room, so I went back to the desk they gave me a different room. I opened the door and there were 2 people in the room. They gave me another room, but not what I had reserved. What a joke, the staff had no clue what they were doing."

"Staff was very hard to deal with. I informed them over 24hrs in advance that I would be checking out early. The one staff member told me I would get a refund. I wanted to make sure they knew so I told them again the morning I was leaving which was still 24hrs before checkout and the lady informed me that I would not receive a refund, I spoke with her and said the other lady said I would because I gave enough time. The lady the night before changed my reservation so I would get a refund. Then...

"The room was on the 1st floor which i appreciated and my car could park near the entrance. The host and hostess were friendly and helpful. The restaurant connected to the motel had really good food."

It seemed the Motel was being used for more than travelers. It was full and busy on a Tue, off season and early in the afternoon. We canceled our reservation and went elsewhere"
