"Everything was fine, however the customer service at the cafe was quite slow. They really didn’t check on us. The room was fine too. My only problem with it was even though it was smoke free room, it still smelled of cigarettes and caused me to have an allergy attack and asthma issues. But I understand the casino is a smoking casino so I felt with it and we only stayed 1 night. "

"I looks a little worn from the outside and the location behind a truck stop doesn't help the image. However the owners ar obviously upgrading and modernizing. Our room was quite large, large enough for 2 queens, a sofa AND a coffee table with room to spare. It was also clean with nice towels and memory-foam mattresses. The staff is friendly, helpful and pet friendly. What's not to like? The coffee is...well...motel coffee and would be an easy upgrade. The breakfast is pretty sparse, for those...

"Best Holiday Inn Express I've been at. Location is right off the freeway, plenty of restaurants at walking distance, rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Shout out to ASPEN for being so welcoming and friendly and to the entire staff. They all deserves recognition for their outstanding performance. Great job everyone!!!"
