"Customer service lady was on her phone the whole time I was checking in -Tv didn’t work so I called her again and said let go to your room and try to fix it. She was in there for two minutes and said oh I’m sorry. I just don’t work and walked out… you can fill the box spring on the mattress so it was so uncomfortable to sleep on it was squeaking the whole night. The restroom was dirtier than a gas station. Restroom filthy walls inside the bathtub."

"Hated that we were told AFTER everything was final at check in that we were on the 3rd floor• and they didn’t have a working elevator."
