"We were disappointed that the phone did not work and the safe did not work in our room. Our stay was only 3 days, but we were not provided enough towels or toilet paper for those days and had to request more. The rooms should be stocked with enough supplies for the amount of stay since the room are not cleaned or restocked unless you stay for 4 days or more."

"I am boiling!!! We got woken up to someone trying to break into our room. No knock, no phone call. I had ALL the locks locked! Woke my husband up and he’s trying to look through the peep hole and he said “oh it’s just housekeeping”. He goes to the bathroom and they are still trying to get into our room. They finally knock and he answers the door and some man is standing with housekeeping and says “we have been trying to get into ur room”. My husband said yeah buddy we trying to sleep and...

"Everything was great except the pool and hot tub. They let us use the next door one but it wasn't great either. Hyatts pool was freezing and the hot tub was just as cold. The pool next door was warm pool water and colder hott tub. If they got that under control it would have been a perfect stay. Food is good. Its alot to choose from and they do change it up. And yes breakfast & parking is included so that was a plus too. I'd definitely stay here again. Room was very spacious and clean."

"Breakfast was zimple and easy. Our room looked out to the beach. Staff was awesome and very polite. Only thing not right was ice macine on our floor was broke so you had to go down to 1st floor. Would recommend and will return if back in the area"
