"Maids neither cleaned, tidied, or made the bed in our room during a 2 night stay. No fresh towels. In room coffee and coffeemaker were the pitts. Queen bed placement only allowed entry from one side of the bed as one side was 6 inches off a wall and, obviously, had no night stand. Tv was worn out, with dull, faded lighting from overuse. All colors looked muddy."

"Overall the room is spacious and everything works. The sofa bed was very dirty, it has a huge stain on it, not sure if it is dry or not. The two queen beds are clean and comfortable."
