"Clean room but tons of ants. The people staying with us had people making noise by jumping off the bed and there was not much effort to correct it. "

"Staying multiple nights, I really appreciated that breakfast was different each day. Staff was really wonderful!! Very helpful and kind. Our room was large and clean (king suite with whirlpool tub). Very convenient location, walk to outlet mall and short drive to Columbus. My only gripes were no streaming services on the tv and the pool really needs to be updated. Lots of rusty marks and some mold in the depth tiles, the bottom needs refinished, I think it's probably the one part they have not...

"The whole place needs an update the curtains in the room has burn wholes and needs new passing in the room the hallway needs to be fixed and it wasn’t that clean there was 2 roaches in my room when I got up the And there was no cable there internet didn’t work you had to program the tv just to watch it the staff didn’t really seem to care how the place looked "
