"When i had an issue with the outlet being Brocken not holding my phone plug in the wall they switched our room right away and they said that they would take care of the outlet. They were very respectable with everything that we needed help with."

"We stayed 3 weeks while looking for a place to rent. It is old but we got a good deal through Expedia. The beds were excellent, firm. They use a linen service, so I knew sheets and towels were clean. We were in a room facing the road. Security cameras and lights. Quiet. There is a train across the street, but it didn't bother us. "Really should have given it the highest rating just to offset the people who gave it unreasonably low ratings. This is not a five star resort...and it isn't priced like one.
