"Very happy with our stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Room was great and the food was good"

"Relaxing night unwinding on rooftop bar."

"Loved the property - will likely stay again. We booked through Exprdia at a given rate. At check-in we were given a complimentary upgrade to a historic room. We later realized we were charged for the upgraded room. A call to the front desk quickly resulted in a credit back to us. Overall, we'd were very happy with our stay."

"Everything was clean and accommodating."

"Maybe our experience isn't the norm... With no on-site parking (other than valet), we had to pay an additional $40 just to park overnight. The beautiful lobby and helpful receptionist gave me high hopes for the room, (They even gave us freshly made cookies!) but we were sorely disappointed. We held the key card up to the door, and it flashed green as normal. But the door wouldn't open. My husband wiggled the handle and finally was able to open the door. After we inspected it, it appeared...

"The hotel was in a good location and right across from Union Station and its entertainment amenities. Staff was very friendly and gave me recommendations to visit around the city. At night, it is a bit isolated and would only recommend one drive to other areas instead of walking."

"Amazing property, staff was very friendly, great location!!"

"Beautiful hotel right near the St. L Arch. Nice area. The lady at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was using AMEX Hilton gift cards and she knew exactly how to help me. Thank you"
