Breakfast selections were numerous and delicious. Enjoyed the evening kickbacks as well. Appreciated the secure parking garage. Only thing not up to par was something was spilled in the hallway that wasn't vacuumed over three days. Overall, a great experience and would 100% stay here again!"

"The Staff was excellent! Especially the FRONT DESK CLERKS. "

"The valet staff wasn’t very friendly at all, they didn’t take the time to help set up text message alerts for calling the car ahead of time. Instead they gave me a ticket which meant it was more difficult to pick up my car. Considering the cost for valet is $49 + tax, it was definitely not work it and I wish I could get my money back for the poor experience at an expensive 4 star hotel. The cleaning staff also knocked on my door well before check out, waking me up."

"Decent for a night or two, but overall just okay. The walls are very thin, and quiet hours didn’t seem to be enforced. Check-in was confusing — we arrived around midnight to locked doors and had to call someone to get in since staff is only onsite from 8 AM to 8 PM. We were originally told mobile check-in with a credit card was an option, but that never seemed to work properly. On top of that, the $150 incidental hold felt excessive for a budget hotel. "Great location to attend Enterprise Event Center. Incredible art deco architecture and decor in grand lobby. Valet parking made it very easy to enjoy our stay while attending our show just a short 10 minute walk away. Double bed room with courtyard view was a hit with my young niece"
