"Sought partial refund from general manager when checked out as woke up to toilet being clogged so could not use without possibly flooding. Upon calling front desk at 6AM told maintenance nor manager was NOT in yet there should be one in lobby bath yet none to be found:(by bath to find a plunger yet none in there. Manager said since booked with Expedia refund had to be initiated through them"

"Staff was very friendly, and there where a lot of of activities to do around the property, me and my wife really enjoyed our stay here."

"The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy! Not enough coffee in the lobby. Our one night there before flying out was very good!"

"Check-in was REDUNCULACLY slow. However the staff was very accommodating. It was conveniently located near Kalahari pool park. The prices here were much more reasonable than those charged by the pool park. Also, being attached to a casino, may have been the reason I didn't notice a lot of kids running around. Bathroom was quite luxurious in my room. While I enjoyed the decor in my room, my friend in another room on the same floor had quite a different experience. I guess decor is in the eye-of-the-beholder, but I did agree that my room was much more nicely furnished. Overall what you would expect for a casino-hotel. I would stay again."
