"Was very loud, people partying in the courtyard at 11pm even tho they claim to have a “quiet hours” policy. Clearly not enforced."

"I arrived, the link didn’t work to register, so that I could get a copy of the entrance info with code to the unit. Address brought me to the back of the property. I messaged the host that I could not enter, they didn’t respond in a timely manner, so I couldn’t get in to the unit. I ended up booking another hotel bc I didn’t hear back and didn’t want my son and I to be stranded in Moscow. I’d like a refund!"

"The apartment was very cute and in a great location. Check in/out was very easy. We stayed 2 nights. The family living upstairs was so loud late at night, both nights, unfortunately none of us got a good night sleep and were woken up multiple times."

"The property was very clean and located close to some great restaurants. I don’t think you can find another hotel closer to the University as it’s across the street. How ever be clear when making a reservation for ground level if you can NOT do stairs. I booked online and did not see the option so call. The continental breakfast from 7-10 am did not happen and they put coffee cups in the rooms but no coffee pots or coffee?"
