"We loved our stay at Blue Hills Ranch, the staff was very welcoming and our overall experience was incredible."

"The first night of check in we were checked into a room with no air conditioning and did not get moved until the next day due to overbooking. The room that we were moved to was infested with roaches we ended up checking out earlier than our original date and the staff was very rude about it. The “gym” was not a gym at all nothing in there worked and it was dirty like the rest of the hotel."

There was only 1 issue throughout our stay that I am not sure can be resolved by the hotel chain. There is a huge homeless population in the area surrounding the hotel. You will be approached 2/3 times walking to your car."

"From a distance everything looks clean and nice, but if you look close it is not. The bathrooms were gross and in desperate need of a deep clean. There was mold growing along the baseboards and parts of the baseboard were falling off the wall. There were minimal options for a “hot breakfast” and many of the items/ machines had “out of order” signs. We were offered bread, cold rubber eggs, sausage floating in grease/oil, and 1 apple. We pick Hilton hotels to stay at every time we travel, but...
