"Was comfortable and nice and clean"

"The staff was nice and attendant however there was a lot of children I believe that was with the staff doing working hours. Running around inside the building. The building was okay. For as the supplies there was no emergency medical supplies to buy in case of overnight headache etc. I did not like the fact that it was not a wash basin of water in the breakfast room to wash your hands nor was there any hand sanitizer nearby. I also asked for handicap room with the handheld shower head the staff...

"The hotel was really nice, great pool, great service, great space in the rooms, we ask for connecting rooms and it was like having a suite for my family. We really recommend this hotel"

"This hotel was disgusting. The room was extremely dirty. The bathtub was stained and full of hair. There was pee all over the toilet seat and you can see previous footprints all around the room where you can tell they didn’t mop the floors. Nothing was wiped down the fridge and microwave were also very dirty and over all just not a room anyone would want to stay in. I reported everything to the front office and they did nothing about it."

"Hot water is not stable, hard to take a warm bath. Neighbors are very noisy in the midnight."

Todo muy bien sólo que en las 2 habitaciones la TV no tenía buena señal, se congelaba la imagen y era imposible verla (queríamos ver los Juegos del Mundial) el chico de recepción me dijo que podría decirle a mtto pero que sería hasta hoy por la mañana, demasiado tarde! Sólo ese detalle, que valdría la pena revisar"

"First night was great like I said the next day it was super weird. There was a shooting nearby all the roads were closed and I felt unsafe not sure what happened be very careful I would not stay due to my safety issues."
