"All of the above! The staff is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am so glad that we didn’t stay at one of the bigger named hotels. I am handicapped and was very concerned about not having an elevator. The staff helped with our belongings. I am looking forward to going back in warmer weather. Fairplay is such a nice town. "

"We stayed at the Bailey Lodge in late-Nov./early-Dec. to celebrate our anniversary and it was such a lovely experience! It was close to local attractions (the Sasquatch museum was so fun and we LOVED Aspen Peak Cellars) which made our lives incredibly easy. The room was clean, but quite cold, especially the bathroom—thankfully, our room had an additional bedroom with lots of extra blankets, which came in handy. "Our trip was wonderful! The hosts had everything we needed in the house and more! They even had spices and condiments available! The location to FairPlay and the mountains was fantastic! We hiked Mount Sherman and there was plenty of space/amenities for showers, rest and relaxation afterwards! "

"The property location is great. We stayed for two nights and had no issues. Super cozy and laid back place. If your looking for fancy, this is not the place. If your looking for a simple place to stay only to sleep and explore during the day, this is a good place. "
