"Bed linens & pillows were terrible! Towels great! We had very late room service on Friday…. Left no coffee, fresh cups, glasses, etc. No room service at all on Sat. Had to call desk for towels, coffee Outdoor area could be improved….. many chairs had no cushions Location is so nice but for $529 a night, we expect more!! Staff was very nice."

"I've been going there since in of April or beginning of May since 2025 and honestly it's quite, nice size rooms,nice size T.V.. Good spot for food options if you like McDonald's l, Wendy's,Taco Bell Wawa, honestly the Hardee's ain't all that MF's had one job SMH. The hotel has good and Kind Staff, but I have to say the one guest thing is a bit disappointing I mean at least three guests hell just do two guest and see how it goes. "It was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this to anyone. Ferry right there to go to Norfolk, Courteous Staff, Spacious rooms, walk in closets. Pools, Pool Tables, Chat Room, Computers, Laundry on each floor, dishwasher. Everything was beyond my expectations. I stayed for one week, and wish I could have stayed a month. "I didn't like that I had to walk up 3 or 4 floors to get ice, which I couldn't find. That was a bad start. The room was nice, clean and comfortable - after we realized that your couldn't adjust the AC with a defect wall thermostat we just about froze until - duh - we realized you could turn it down at the source.
