"The bed was comfy and the staff was nice, when they were not smoking in the stairwell. The room had mold on the bathroom corners. There were multiple unpainted patching on the walls. There were random hooks and hardware on the walls. The couch and chair were stained. The bed skirt was unwashed, but at least the sheets and towels seemed clean. The exercise room was purely ventilated and had a fire alarm sounding because the battery had died. The tread mill had a tare in the tread. I have stayed at several Quaity Inns and expected a much better experience. This was the worst one i had ever seen. For some reason it had a7.5/10 on Expedia... certainly did not deserve anything better than a 4."

"First of all, this was an inexpensive room, so I didn't expect the world. But the floor was dirty such that it left debris on your feet. The bathroom had no lock and could not even engage to remain shut. The ceiling fan was pulled out leaving a hole and part of a disconnected mechanism. The faucet had almost no pressure. It was a non-smoking room but had leftover smoke odor. The towels and linens were clean but threadbare. About all I can say is the bathroom fixtures and counter were clean. The property needs maintenance that it is not getting. Wall repairs were rough, unfinished. Room need a deep clean to get visible dirt build-up out of corners."

"Great hotel, staff was amazing and so accommodating, they allow pets, but it didn’t smell like they allow pets. Great hotel will stay there again for sure."

"I did not actually stay in the room. I paid for the room for my son and daughter-in-law. We drove from Florida to Roanoke, Virginia to visit my sister and her family. I stayed with my sister. She only has one guest room. I can only tell that my son and his wife were happy with the accommodations. We got an ADA room as my daughter in law is handicapped. She said the roll in shower was wonderful. I was only at the hotel for check-in. I checked in online prior to arrival, so the check-in went quickly. The hotel lobby is beautiful. Parking seemed to be a little tight. I gave an excellent rating because my son and his wife are used to Disney Resorts, so their standards are high. If it had not been a great stay, they would have voice their opinion for sure. The hotel was within 5 minutes of my sister's home. That made the traveling for the kids to and fro much nicer."

"Clean large updated rooms. property was under remodel when I stayed but I’m sure it will look great once finished. I wasn’t impressed with breakfast, extremely limited so that is something that definitely should be improved. Lots of parking space."

"Parking was easy. The rooms were fantastic. They are beautiful. Everything was clean. The only thing that was a little unfortunate was the bar closed really early and they also were out of pretty much everything to make on their menu. So it would have been nice to get a drink and enjoy there. But I guess I don't do much business which is unfortunate. Overall though, it's a great property to stay at"
