"I believe a property should notify Expedia if they are under major construction and changing affiliation. They are changing from Ramada to Fairfield, a Marriot product. No lobby, Only one operating elevator for the whole building! Breakfast room does not exist, although a few of us found an unused meeting room to have breakfast before they tried to kick us out (told us we would have to eat in our rooms). After threatening to demand a refund, they let us stay in the meeting room. Also, TV's were...

"The rooms were spotless!!!! Roomy. Had a refer and microwave. We were impressed."

"We got in after midnight! The person at the desk (I believe his name was Brody) was super in getting us checked in quickly, AND with a smile on his face! He helped us overcome the two hour wait at the rental center."
