"Rooms are incredibly outdated with carpet stains and mildew-y showers. Had some weird interactions with the front desk staff. One of our rooms smelled so musty and old. I love that this is a historical building but they need to update the rooms. Also, windows don’t close all the way. Also they say free parking but there is nowhere near enough parking for guests so it’s useless."

"Stayed 2 nights. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great water pressure in shower! Had dinner at the restaurant in lobby. Steak was cooked perfectly. Delicious. Continental breakfast was a nice convenience before we headed off for day trip to Canada. Border crossing was less than 10 minutes away. Would stay here again."

"I booked this hotel after a good amount of research and had a lot higher of hopes. I mentioned to the man upon checking in I want a clean the following afternoon, I wanted fresh sheets.. and nobody bothering me at 9am. I booked it for the afternoon. I was bothered at 9am.. then had to remind front desk to get them to come with fresh sheets. Upon coming back, the room was slightly tidy, nothing wiped and the same sheets from the night before. Hot tub was down. No fan in the fitness centre was...
