"Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

"It was a great time and stay at Luzerne. The breakfast was good. The staff were nice. Check in was easy and smooth. The elevator wasn't working when I got there and had to walk the stairs to the 6th floor. They fixed the elevator shortlt after. "
