It is a above average 3 star hotel. Staff are very polite, courteous & always serving with smiles. Special thanks to Femmy in reception & Aneu in the restaurant. The restaurant provided very authentic & tasty local cuisine. Initially I was allocated room in the front but It was change straight away to room in the due traffic noise.

All is good and close to trans studio mall. Easy go to any where what I want.

My childrens love it. They are very happy to play on the beach pool. And standing on the glass floor at the 18th where we can see everything on the ground.

The hotel was located is good area, closed to all amenities. The staff was very nice and provided excellent service.

Nice room and view

The best

Great.

Stayed here for a week. There is one rude front desk guy (just one guy, the rest are pretty nice). It’s very unfortunate for a hotel with excellent facility to present one guy that cant keep the standard. They definitely should do better training of their staffs to ensure good customer’s experience.

I have a great stay in this hotel, the staff is well train and very friendly. Breakfast has alot of variety for your liking and i love to take dip in the warm pool after a day of shopping.. Overall is a good experience for me and my friends..

Amazing hotel, beautiful architecture and facilities. Staff are very polite and helpful, breakfast was lovely and beds are so comfortable.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Spacious room and good location close to the station and eateries however I didn't like that: - The hand soap dispenser was empty upon arrival - Dispenser next to the shower was unlabeled so confusing. - Pillows felt old and battered, not fluffy - Mattress was hard, made my back stiff

All is good

The check in and late check out went smooth with such efficiency and convenient process. They always served us with such warmth and friendly smiles. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I love Sheraton in general. But this particular Sheraton makes me feel so homey and comfortable. Beautiful decoration, spacious room, comfy bed, clean bathroom with lots of amenities, literally I can find everything I need in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the smell of the lobby area. They had this very nice smell coming out of their aromatherapy diffuser. They gave a yummy welcome drink too as you checked in. Too bad I only stayed...
