"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "The place is well advertised but the communication was very poor between platforms some say we needed own towels and other saying other check-in requirements and wrong times. Staff have been great when face to face but here are the things I did not like - AC was at an ADDITIONAL cost, if you wanted lounge chairs this was at a cost too, cabin 36 had no mosquito nets so not possible to open windows at night without getting bitten. Design is nice but it is a portable cabin in the end. Place is...
