"Disappointed with the whole check in process. Was charged an $100 deposit for each room I booked. Still waiting after a week for those deposits to be refunded. Various staff were very helpful but checking took nearly 20 minutes and is a drawn out process. I staf at this chain of venues everywhere and am disappointed my details and how I booked were not on their system"

"Comfortable well stocked property. Great location. On site parking and key fob pick up and drop off was easy. The process for giving the deposit and getting the refund was a pain as it took multiple emails. I had to chase my refund but once I did it came through without any issues."

"Rooms are rather shabby and old. In need of a renovation. Bathroom door didn’t close properly, fittings were dated. The hotel charged my credit card pre-authorisation charges up to $500 “because of a system error”. This took 10 days to recover into my account."

"Close proximity to Southern Cross Station, Skybus and numerous places to eat. The Atlantis is the only Hotel we stay at in Melbourne. Breakfast hot food is only scrambled eggs and Baked Beans but there are plenty of other things to chose from. The downside is we’ve told too many people how awesome it is so if you don’t book early you miss out."
