"Stayed here 5 times now. Property is under construction which I DID know when I booked. Huge improvements every time I come. The construction was not a bother as evening and nighttime were quiet. Construction is everywhere though so be aware. They do their best to keep things neat and clean while working. Rooms are upgraded, clean and comfortable. AC works perfect and the hot water flows wonderfully. Management prioritizes guest comfort. I will come back again for sure. "

"If this is your first time going to puerto peñasco then this place is great for overnight & budget stay. There is free breakfast ! Chilaquiles , refried beans. Yogurt granola & coldd cereal . Its not a wide selection but for frree I'm pleased. Location is pretty secure & beach is just across the street !!! I stayed in 310 There are np elevators . 3 floors the room was nothing like the pictures ! False advertising ! very outdated beds were rough but if you're tired you just fall asleep....

"1st time stay at a condo we always stay in a house. 1st night my son was in the pool cut his foot with glass that was in the pool! Looked for employees no where in sight had to go get security who was the only person who can help that was onsite. Asked for a 1st Aid kit they didn’t have nor one bandage. My son bleed outside of the pool no one cleaned up the security only took out big pieces from pool never closed down the pool had to tell personnel the next morning about it because he stated no...
