"Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control. I have stayed at many Ramada hotels, this is definitely the worst one. This place is ruining Ramada’s reputation. the breakfast was below...

"Overall: 2 stars I’ll try to be unbiased and just state the facts of my experience. Don’t trust the 4 and 5 star reviews. At check in, the reception member took 7 phone calls during our check in rather than attending to the 2 people in front of him. Staff were generally unapproachable and rarely smiled. The room was clean and nicely furnished, but the mattress was rock solid and hurt my back. The WiFi was essentially non existent. The pool had highly restricted hours and we were told to leave...

"The hotel staff failed to provide breakfast throughout my stay and refused to send the bill for the booking amount, despite me sending them the receipt. staff member, keeps making excuses, promising to send it 'today' or 'tomorrow'. This hotel was a terrible experience."

"Excellent service"

"Cleanliness was below average (bed, bathroom and floor). Staff was not helpful. They don't give you more than one key even if there are more than one people staying in the room, citing security reasons, which is absurd. They gave only two bath towels and one hand towel, though the reservation was for 3 people. Breakfast was terrible, it was not included and we paid at the time of reservation. Also, if you want to order coffee (room service) in the morning, they dont have staff, so they refused....
