Great location, good size room with nice breakfast options

Nice staff and good location for walking too restaurants, tourist sites and shopping. The rooms are comfortable and good for the price.

Stayed several nights either end of a fishing holiday. Staff always really helpful and nothing a problem. Certainly be back.

We don't usually write reviews but felt we had to after spending two great weeks at Casa Sur Bellini. The hotel exceeded all our expectations in terms of location, size of room, cleanliness and facilities. Overall though, what made this hotel special was the helpfulness and cheerfulness of the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to get the most out of our stay in Buenos Aires. The reception staff helped us book trips and advised us about where to go and what to see. As...

Great staff, good room with very comfortable bed, lent me a plug adapter when I needed it, welcoming and friendly restaurant staff and good transfer shuttle to the airport

Excellent hotel and really helpful, friendly staff. Great location for exploring Buenos Aires too.

Outstanding service from high quality staff. Lovely spacious room. Excellent breakfast. The courtyard where you can have breakfast and some afternoon tea is a very peaceful heaven! Very highly recommended.

Really nice hotel. Rooms spacious and very clean. Beds ok. Singles only. Area around is ok. Lots of homeless at night but didn’t feel unsafe. We wanted to do laundry which website said they did but they don’t. Laundrette is only 200m down the road.

Madero is a great location that is clean and safe. Large bed, spacious bathroom, plenty of flat space for putting things down- very important- and balcony. Breakfast was good, if a little hectic at. peak times. Decent pool area, lifts/elevators were very hot,. Overall a very good experience in a tremendous city.

The staff are great. The hotel is in a good location, a little bit far from the city centre but it does everything you need close by. My only issue was the shower. It wasn't the best and one of the rooms had an issue with the shower also, but that was quickly resolved by the great team.

Excellent hotel for our 3 night stay. Big room / bed and a balcony too. Breakfast was excellent with great options. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Safe clean hotel in a great area to stay as a tourist . Staff were exceptional, the manager even made our daughter a colouring book to accompany a long journey. All staff spoke good English and were helpful with local area information and arranged currency exchange at good rates. The hotel was very child friendly. Nice breakfast buffet in the basement each day. We had a large suite room which was large with private balcony. Good restaurants and cafes just minutes from hotel. We used the...

I have said it a few times. Everything is good to my taste. I don’t like to repeat but yes, tea making facilities and bottle water would make it better. Thanks

Very helpful staff and clean property in a great part of town. Breakfast was also very good. The only minor downside was the gym equipment was quite tired and due for replacement.

Often boutique hotels have more style than substance, but this does not apply to the Ilum Experience. The helpfulness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the comfort of the rooms all made this a very good (Ilum) experience

I only stayed one night but it was a perfect location for taking a stroll around the lovely Recoleta area. Plenty of historic buildings, its also close to the river front with great restaurants.
