"Hotel in excellent location check-in and out easy staff very friendly excellent views from verandah great pool no spa pool on property just spa bath in some rooms which we had, not many parking stop couldn't get a securitised park after 4.30 had to park in visitors park or on road"

"The room was very clean and spacious. It is in a good location - not too far from anywhere. It is an old hotel that could a good revamp. Curtains were Ill fitting and allowed light in. There was only one temperature in the shower - HOT!! No WiFi or chrome cast on the tv, but the price was very reasonable so overall it’s wasn’t too bad."

"This property was older than it looked in the photos and the bedding was a blanket not a doona cover as pictured in some of the pictures. The location was exceptional with a view onto the beach from our balcony so we could see sunrise. The apartment was spacious and had washer dryer facilities but again was on the older side. The garage parking also wasn't super convenient. But the location and veil were really key selling points!"

"I am extremely disappointed that, despite having booked and paid for accommodation through my business for a vulnerable person, and having received a booking confirmation, the accommodation was not available upon arrival. When we arrived at the property, we were informed that Expedia had double-booked the accommodation and that no room was available for us. As a result, I spent my entire Friday evening urgently searching for alternative accommodation to ensure that this vulnerable person did...

"The room was a 2 king bedroom. The beds comfy and the bathrooms and kitchen clean. The balcony could have used a sweep before we checked in and a lift would have been ideal for all the luagge to take to level 3. Breakfast was good and an inclusion with expedia. Kids loved the pool. "

"Allegra is in a fabulous location across from the beach in Hervey Bay. The heated pool is excellent as are the gym facilities. Our apartment had its own outdoor hot tub & washing machine and was beautifully styled. The addition of Nespresso coffee machine would have made it perfect. The restaurant attached to the resort (privately owned) wasn’t open that much which was disappointing for getting breakfast or snacks."
