"The Tv in the room was not working when I ask the staff they told me non of the TV is working in this apartment when I told them it’s says on booking that flat screen tv in the room they told me that they don’t have control on Expedia , I spent my time just setting doing nothing when I’m the room very disappointed"

Most of the time, it is difficult to get reliable internet access from the room. I have experienced this issue consistently during my last few visits, and I hope the hotel can improve its Wi-Fi coverage."

"Issues with TV but sorted the same day. Meals and Bar staff great. Reception friendly and helpful. House maid was always pleasant and polite. Possibly some maintenance on rooms walls and windows. Paint coming adrift and windows difficult to open."

"Staff were great and helpful. We were greeted warmly everyday and Breakfast was good. I had caught cold/ flu while there, staff Esita made me lemon ginger tea which was very soothing. The rooms were reasonable but not so clean. The floors were swept instead of vacuumed, which meant lost of dusts on furniture! Some staff are not to be trusted in the hotel. I lost my cardigan on the 2nd day of my stay and reported this but nothing was done until I reported again. I was asked over and over...

"TV did not work no handle on balcony door bathroom door had no handle and didi not close.The lift did not work so they moved me down 1 flight of stairs to a 2 room unit that had 7 beds in it ? As the lift was not getting fixed I left 5 days earlyat my own cost.This place should not be advertised on any website."
