"Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. Extremely safe area for walking during day and night. Lots of eating options within a walkable distance from hotel (.5 km). Parking at hotel available for 6 euros or there is a public parking garage 2 minutes away. I love the colors inside the hotel. Toilet is separate from bathroom. Bathroom has tub, shower and bidet. River runs nearby. Lovely place!"

"Pas de Wi-Fi, pas de parking, accès difficile pour personnes à mobilité réduite, mauvaise insonorisation et voisins bruyants, Tv est pour la décoration (ne fonctionne pas), éclairages ne fonctionnent pas (SDB, Chambre...), propreté médiocre... Une experience à jamais refaire."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Immediately when we got to the room it was hot and WiFi was not working in the room. Someone was sent to fix air con it cooled down a bit but never to the desired temp and WiFi never worked in room. Went downstairs next morning and complained about WiFi again and they said they had trouble with it on 5th floor and when we got back we could move rooms. Changed rooms and air con was much colder and WiFi worked. Just not sure why they didn’t move us to a floor with working...

"Nous avons pris une option demi-pension incluant boisson et spa, c'était TOP . La chambre était propre , de petite taille mais suffisante pour deux nuits, avec une belle salle de bain, un repas buffet varié et bon, pareil pour le petit déjeuner. L'heure de spa est très agréable après une journée de marche, et les boissons inclues dans le forfait sont un plus. Le personnel est très souriant et de bon conseil et en plus tout le monde parle français."

"ecourter son sejour est considéré dans cet hotel comme être défaillant à son séjour : vous payez même si vous ne consommez pas. La tentative de négociation anticipée est inutile, même avec 24h d’avance. Dans d’autres circonstances commerciales cela est qualifié d'escroquerie. Expedia devrait exiger des conditions plus commerciales avant de favoriser cet hôtel."

"The property is beautiful and the staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Walking from the property to the Main Street in town was fast and easy through the parking garage shortcut. Andorra is a magical place."

"Everything was as expected. One caution: if you have a vehicle any larger than a small crossover, the on-site parking will not work for you. Other than that, great value, location and breakfast buffet."

"Very clear is not private parking you need parking in the street and pay. It is not a big deal but for us was because we arrive with reservation at 11 pm and 7 suite cases parking outside was very hard. I did the reservation because was clear about private parking. I ask the staff and he said the parking is full something I did not believe. It is not private parking."
