"We booked 2 double bed non smoking rooms and they did not have it. They also tried to charge us more even though we had a paid invoice. They argued with us telling us it was our problem to work out with Expedia, not them. Expedia customer care was awesome. They relocated us in a MUCH nicer hotel."

"The sink area floor was wet soaked because the tub ran water from the bottom and the top of the refrigerator door doesn't close. Unopened cards under the bed. It was AWFUL. OH towels so dingy..."
