Staff is very welcoming to children and went above and beyond to accommodate our little ones. It is surrounded by beautiful nature trails and old castles to visit. "The hotel is located off the main highway and not near any major city. That said, it worked fine as a stop over as we were driving through Switzerland. The front desk staff was OK, both were somewhat limited in English. Restaurant on site was nice with good food."

"This is a great hotel to stay in on or road trip to Italy The room was super comfy and I had a great sleep. The room and bathroom were spotless We booked a table at the restaurant, just as well as it was fully booked. Service and food were excellent. I will definitely be back as we do this trip 2/3 times a year and I’m always on the lookout for a good overnight stay."

"We have pleased our accomodation in general. Hotel has a beautiful design which suits it's name. Quite comfortable rooms, very helpful and polite staff. Thanks to receptionist who made our check in 10 July night shift and helped us about broken coffee machine. Hotel says they give travel card for public transport and provide free access to swimming pool in Olten. (We didn't use them no comment about it) Negatives: Breakfast is not diverse enough. Coffee machines needs maintenance and cleaning....
