"The room was of a decent size but had a misty smell. We mentioned about it only on the next morning, and the staff apologized and suggested that had we reported when we first noticed the smell, they would have moved us to another room. Overall, the facility is good and easily accessible. I would still recommend, irrespective of the minor inconvenience given the other benefits it offers due to the proximity to the key areas and businesses in the city."

"Good stay. The breakfast buffet is absolutely great with tons of options, South Indian, North Indian, continental, etc. and the spa is great for a relaxing massage. While the rooms are definitely on the smaller side, they are super clean and modern. My only critique is that they lack some basic 5-star amenities like a hot tub or a sauna in the wellness area. Overall though, it's a solid, clean, and decent place to stay in central Chennai!"

"We stayed in Hyatt Regency Chennai for 12 days. We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was the highlight of the day. Wide array of food was available and the staff were very friendly & polite. The rooms were clean & very comfortable . The staff in the parking lobby were very courteous and attentive. I would definitely stay again and also recommend to others. Keep up the good work!"

"I stayed one night at "Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai City Centre hotel, i am not ok with the service and the maintenance of the bathroom. I did late check-in, once i did check-in front desk person helped me on getting into my room. Room was maintained well and it was good. We spent an hour and after that i went to wash room, I could see the toilet was used by someone and it was not cleaned and flushed. When i called the front desk they said they will send the person to clean. after some time...

"Great hotel! It was really clean and the staff is lovely. My key card kept getting deactivated, which was annoying, but otherwise, fantastic hotel. Really great food also!"

"It was an overall wonderful experience. Although my stay was very short, just for one day, I could still feel the holiday atmosphere and warmth throughout my visit. The ambience was very pleasant, and the hospitality was excellent. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff members for their great cooperation and support. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to visiting again."

"Checkin Was not easy, changing rooms and category. Ac was not working for first few hours, fridge was not working it changed and again same issue. Overall very bad experience."
