"My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience.
Quoting my dad “The birthday arrangement was beautiful, the cake was lovely, and the famous DoubleTree cookie was the best. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent, and the amenities were exceptional.”

"Staff were lovely, catered to my food allergies however, the pool needs to be repaired alot of missing tiles.
Prince in housekeeping and both chefs, exec and su, were excellent as well as the locals making the hoppers."

When my driver phoned the property, the manager stated the hotel had no record of my reservation and seemed to not be aware of the hotels.com platform at all.
