"Very modern, clean, extremely helpful staff. Location adjacent to JR train station, next to Light Cube Conference facility.
The staff were super helpful accommodating my personal need for feather-free pillows etc which is often a challenge when traveling in Japan"

"見た目より中は思ったほど古い感じはなく、部屋からの景色も癒されました。
少し部屋の風呂が下水臭かったのと蛇口の赤い方が温水になるのにとても時間がかかったのが残念です。
宿が大きいからでしょうが、朝食・夕食ともに二部制だったのですが、30分単位で入れをずらすなどで混雑緩和してくれるとうれしいです。
またぜひゆっくりしに行きたいです。"

"We had a Western style room on the 4th floor which had a balcony with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable. The onsen was small but very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was varied, lots to chose from both western and Japanese. We were welcomed by friendly staff."

"Super schöner Onsenbereich, innen wie auch außen. Am besten war aber das Essen, Frühstück und auch Abendessen (mehrere Gänge, top Qualität!). Und Selbstbedienung für Getränke, sowohl reichhaltige Auswahl alkoholfreier und alkoholischer Getränke. Auch nach dem Onsen, kostenfrei Wasser / Säfte und kleine Snacks wie Eis standen zur Verfügung.
Personal war super freundlich, habe mich mit dem Koch sehr gut verstanden - vielen Dank für diese Erfahrungen!
