"I usually stay at this place when I travel to Hamburg. I was totally shocked to see how much the hotel has gone down hill. From the moment I walked in the place it did not have the same clean appearance I’m used to. The check in wasn’t as smooth as it normally is. When I walked into my room it had a covered up cigarette smoke smell. I found the window broken, which I reported to the front desk where I was meet with an attitude of no big deal. "It's truly am amazing place to escape and relax. The lake it steps aways from your front door. Your own cottage makes is incredibly private. The esthetics inside is calm and serene and most important, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back in the summer when I can actually get in the water. 10+"
