"We only stayed for one night (about a day and a half), and while it was overall okay for a quick stopover, there were a few areas regarding room upkeep that could be improved. On the positive side, the front desk reception staff was very kind and welcoming upon arrival. "The room was not very clean, and we were disappointed with the size and quality for the price. The pullout couch was not functional, but the actual couch was grungy so we decided it wasn’t an option either. The fridge was not plugged in when we arrived, and when we did turn it on, it did not work well enough for our food to keep. We were disappointed with this stay, I would advise spending the extra money and going elsewhere."

"The hotel and rooms were like new: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the outdoor barbecue. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Furthermore, if you need to shop for groceries, eat, or fill up your tank, you'll find a supermarket, a Dollarama, a McDonald's, and a gas station nearby."

"This is a trap for parking. When we arrive at 1am, the lady at front desk wearing a security shirt told us we could “park anywhere we want to”. When we finally want to move our vehicle the next day, there is a 25 dollars parking ticket on it. We went to the front desk , they said they can’t do anything about it. Instead, they asked us to go to the campus security. When we finally find the campus security office, a different lady wearing the same security shirt last night at 1am, refused to...

"Be sure to check in at their sister hotel 1.5 miles away, there is no office at the motel. The rooms that face the river have a parking lot in need of repairs as well as the steps leading to the rooms. The coffee maker did not operate in our room. While the bed, linens and bathroom were clean and fresh, there were dead bugs on the old heater below the a/c unit."
