"Muy buen hotel, estába en buenas condiciones, tranquilo y con buen servicio por parte de los que nos atendieron, lo único que puede bajar la calificación es en el desayuno, algo más completo sería excelente pero de igual manera, lo que dan por el momento está bien para empezar el dia"

"AC was not working. Called the front desk about the problem, and he asks me to wait 10 minutes. After waiting, I walked up to the front desk to complain and he informs that the room was not occupied for a while so the AC would take some time to get started and asks to wait 10 more minutes, which I do. The wait did not magically bring it back to life. He then proceeds to acknowledge that the AC is broken and I'd have to find a way to adjust. On a hot summer day, I was not ready to do that. So I...
