"On the day I was staying, the hotel were behind with their cleaning and so it wasn’t possible to check in at 3pm for several groups of people including me. After a long hot journey to get there, and in the knowledge I had only a short stay at the hotel to rest, this was not good. There were rooms already made up, just not the one they had allocated me. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the manager in particular was always smiling, cheerful, and happy to assist, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
