"Wow!! Staying at Burchmulla Resort was such a great experience. The property is beautiful, has amazing views of the mountains, and was so peaceful & relaxing. It’s a short drive from Tashkent & definitely worth the visit. The staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. This was my first time visiting Uzbekistan from America & I already can’t wait to visit again!"

"Service can be a little inconsistent, but most staff are very polite.
We booked an apartment. It was clean, but the unit itself has a little age to it, and could do with some refreshment. No ironing board in the room. No cleaning cloth or washing detergent so you can't really cook anyway. The outdoor pool needed maintenance. The gym is very basic if you are used to big commercial gyms.
They made us pay for two cups we "broke", but it was the vibration of the kettle that broke the cups. So be...

"My family loved our stay here at IGMAR. Wasn't expecting much, but we had 3 bathrooms, 3 beds, and even a small outdoor wading pool. Rooms very really clean and comfortable. The hotel is near Oybek metro but we took a taxi most of our time.
The apartment is slightly too big for our party of 3, but we are not complaining.
Told the staff we had to check out early and she promptly remembered our mealboxes and had it ready for collection."

"長期出張の為中日の4泊でお世話になりました。洗濯機・電子レンジ・調理器具・食器など全て整っておりホテルといえ何か住んでいるような気持ちになりリラックスする事ができました。施設内もアパートメントホテルという事もありシンプルで清潔感があります。部屋も掃除後は気になる事もなく全く問題ありません。タシケントシテ ィー新市街内にあるので外にでれば何でもあり立地的にも大満足でした。私が一番うれしかったのはバスタブがある事。他の部屋はわかりませんが日本人として湯船につかれたのも大きな評価です。次回以降も必ず予約をすると思います。"

"Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up.
The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared...
