There was a huge difference in accommodations —- theirs was so much nicer and also had a balcony. Pretty setting convenient by car to William & Mary and historic Williamsburg. "Overall the property it quite dated and over priced for what you get. They have made updates to what appears to be the Foyer and Conference Room areas. The rooms have a 80's vibe with the two double beds beng pretty small and the additional lounge chair taking up more room and not really serving a purpose. In my opinion remove the lounge chair and have 2 queens or a queen and a double. The cleanliness is ok to say the least, filter in the bathroom was full and looked like it had been for...

When requesting a working key, we requested a cottage with fewer or no steps. "This property is under new management and you can tell by all the recent 5 star reviews. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Such a variety of foods to include eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal and more. "Very nice property but it starts to feel like you getting nickled and dimed after awhile. You have to pay $20 a day to park and if you need to reprint a parking pass they want to charged you for that too and i just dont loke that when i paid so much just to stay there but other then that i enjoyed my time there"

"They put us in a room with a broken toilet that they had gerry-rigged with a string. You couldn’t flush the commode. When we asked to change rooms they argued with us at first.
