"Fantastic friendly staff, great pools, complex is a bit old and tired but lovely grounds and amenities, and still a lovely hotel. Room servicing was good, turndown service was a bit hit and miss, laundry service was efficient, restaurant was quite good, shuttle was awesome and the drivers were exceptionally accomodating and helpful, golf was great, course is a little rough but the caddies were great. The only thing that irked us was that when we paid cash for a drink at the pool bar, or golf...

"I highly recommend the safari club, exclusive to club residents only meant less people, pool was great, staff went above and beyond to meet every requirement. Peaceful and has that African feel. Food and service is excellent. Complementary shuttle around town and to the falls is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again."
