He seemed to really care about the patrons of the hotel. I wish I knew the lady in room service. She was so fun to talk to. And the front desk ladies were very helpful. I was very impressed! "Awesome place. Our room had a side balcony that we swore was a Bourbon street balcony. It was that lively. Rooms are nice, the doorman always friendly and smiling, the desk staff were sweet and friendly. Will 100% stay there again and can’t wait. The town itself was clean and fun!!"
