Everything in the room was either missing or broken and had a layer of filth on it. I am afraid to question what the stain on the sheets was. The bottom of the bathtub is breading. I tried to phone the front desk to no avail and had to go down just to get the wifi password.

I’ll update my rating when I get a refund. Tried to check in and they didn’t have power. Told me they had no idea when they would be able to give me a room. I got charged by the property anyways despite not getting a room. They told me they would refund my money when they got power and I still haven’t gotten my refund.

Our first room had to be changed to another because in the cold of winter the heater did not work and was blowing out cold air and the window was frosted on the inside. Second room was better. The beds had tin bases. Everytime you went to the bed your feet hit the base and made a banging sound. The breakfast was terrible! No coffee made, there were about 6 bagels with only grape jelly. When I asked for butter they said they were all out of it. The girl that checked us in was okay. The girl we talked to about changing rooms was very nice and helpful. We had to have someone sign us into the television? Never heard of such nonsense and we waited for the elevator only to be told you have to hit the up button first then the down button to go down.Crazy! The shuttle bus driver that took us to the airport in Detroit had to manage the front desk, keep the breakfast going and drive leaving the hotel with nobody until he got back! Would I stay there again NEVER!!!!

The place is dirty. The TV didn’t work. You had to have Wi-Fi. No regular TV. Lots of strange people walking around people live there and are in and out all night. The girl at the desk was very nice and so were the two gentlemen that drove the shuttle from the airport I was almost afraid to sleep in the bed.

There was no coffee and milk in the breakfast at 6:30 am. A lot of ppl including me left without breakfast. There was no one at the reception during that time to listen to us.

Me and my partner were expecting a nice stay, we booked for the jacuzzi suite. We got there and the floors in our room were super dirty. No problem we went to the desk and asked if they can sent housecleaning which they did. After a few hours, we went to go start our jacuzzi and the hotel room had NO HOT WATER. No water at all actually. I called front desk and they insisted there was nothing they could do until another manager got in and the pipes were frozen. Not my problem and I paid extra just for the room. The fact that they let us book that room knowing the pipes were frozen is so wrong. I paid an extra $60 just so I can stay in a jacuzzi room just to be told they couldn’t do anything for us and had to put us in a standard room. What we thought would be a romantic night turned into the worse. no amenities and the hotel definitey does not look like the pictures. I will not be staying here again and trying to get a refund for my money which I still haven’t, along with a $50 deposit. This stay was so upsetting

Would not recommend staying here. Smells like weed, the hotel lobby does not look like the pics. Pretty sure people live here permanently. The rooms were kind of clean, but the beds are terrible. The only nice thing was that they did take us to the airport for free. But I would not stay here again.

This was the worst experience I had. Only one light working inside my room. No water for customer kiosk machine was down. Front desk did not have water to buy from. Trying to kill guest with thrust unless you are ready to drink toilet tap water. Asked front desk for help, poor front desk guy was not properly guided after he came back from vacation. Lady at in the morning was sweet to drive me to the airport which was free according to their advertised agenda in Expedia. I would definitely like Expedia to ask me more about it as i also have the proof about what I experienced.
