I would like to share that that one lamp did not work , the light with fan did not work….. there were holes in the walls and a bag over the smoke detector! I honestly would like a full refund.

my experience

room 524 was were we stayed and I was disappointed. fire place didn't work. TV didn't stay on. ceiling fan missing a propeller. bedroom window does not close, we were so cold. also room smelled like weed. They didn't have coins for washer. I asked for towels and they didn't have any but the lady said she would wash ours and bring them back and we didnt have towels she never brought them. there was trash out front for the time I was there.

No Wifi in this place, except at the front desk

The place itself is not too bad, there is a pool for summer and the buildings are set like bungalows around the property vs the row cages that most places have ... However, the place has apparently decided that the Wifi is of little to no importance, as I couldnt maintain a signal to their wifi from my room - AT ALL... as a business traveler that is a huge issue, and although the room was nice, having to go out to the parking lot to even get a signal is a non starter for me

Not my favorite place to stay, the lobby was nice and clean but the rooms were not, there was trash sitting out the door of the rooms and I was not a fan of paying $250 deposit for the rooms, to make sure, I didnt smoke in the room (not a smoker) or have a party during my stay on the property.

As the rate of staying is over $100. I expected the room cleaned every day not every five days , I shocked with spider at bath room area I called with no action, and I am staying two unsafe nights , calling front desc with no answer, saying we have shortage in staff one person taking care in laundry and main office room and front disc, pesticides applications should be there. There are too many other facilities go $ 30-45 a night, I don’t have to pay more for the franchise name only Without having parallel seen service’s

I like the kitchen and the fireplace. They were nice and convenient. However, I will never book here again. There was a burn hole by my couch, I had to change my sheets because they weren’t clean. The Caucasian security guard with the glasses was extremely rude. And you have to pay a $35 parking pass for visitors. That is absolutely ridiculous $35 is way too much!

This was the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in my entire life! The bed had stains in it, it smelled like smoke, the front desk staff were rude, and the security guard was running around the property with a gun monitoring how many people were in each room. At some point, he had an art altercation with a young mother with 3 young children about the room capacity being 3!?

Detroit Unhappy Reservation

I have stayed at this facility before but I was truly disappointed this stay. We were told that we had a $250 security deposit in case of incidentals such as smoking in the room, which wasn’t a problem. But I had issues with the fact that it consisted of them looking in the garbage cans for ashes, tobacco and/or anything that indicates that you were smoking. The rooms were okay but the furniture & carpet were stained. The garbage outside was never emptied. We saw rats come out of the cans. At the end of our stay we were told that the room should not have been reserved but we were not given any discounts. We will never stay at this location again.

I travel alot and for many years. This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I was there for 15 nights, not once did house keeping come to my room. I had to fumigate the room for bugs myself. Outside is disgusting. Save your money and sleep in your car.

Horrible service

I was guranteed the room was book after coming off the night from meeting in another state the room was cancel. They called( the hotel) my cell 20 minutes before me arriving I was stopped at the driveway and stated that I was not on the list. They said they was full to compacity and stated they gave me a courtesy call but no one left a message… I called wydam customer service and on hold over 45 min and I had to find a room somewhere else . I did not receive any information in my email of the reservation was cancelled . Horrible service …

Don't do it!

"Cleaners" left a dirty rag in the fridge. Syrup or somwthijg left in the kitchen chair. Couch and chair were dirty. Whole room smelled of weed day and night. Wanted a $250 deposit that wasn't listed on their site. Sisnt have the original 2 bdrm queen suite that was paid for. Overall horrible stay. Still waiting on my $250 deposit back.
