I got to this hotel a little late and tried to check-in the receptionist told me I would need to put down a deposit which I don't have a problem with however. But I did have a problem with. Is the deposit had to be in cash of $100? Who carries cash with them in this day and age. So I ask her why can't I put it on my credit card that I'm checking in with. She said no. It's only cash you and I will receive the cash in the morning when I leave. I did not feel comfortable doing that beside. I didn't have any cash with me so I walked away and find myself a different hotel canceling the reservation. This is Poor service The whole thing felt very shady to me. When I asked why does it have to because she could not give me an answer.

I checked in. Hotel was run down. Awful it should be shut down. Do not recommend at all. I left and booked elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible customer service by Nikki.

Genuinely the worst customer experience we've ever had at a hotel. We were returning from the airport and called for the shuttle and when asked where pickup would be because we are unfamiliar with the airport, all we kept getting from Nikki at the desk was "it will pick you up where it dropped you off." We were dropped off 11 days ago and this is a new airport to us, so we had no idea where we were going. We called 4 times (one of the times we were hung up on) and still got absolutely no help from her. We figured it out after an hour. And luckily the shuttle driver was great (we didn't catch his name, but he does the shuttles during the night). They didn't have 2 double beds when we got there, so we got a king room instead l. Got into the room & there was a gross stain on the bed sheet. When we asked if the sheet could be changed, she said she would give us the sheet to change ourselves. At this point its 1:30am and has been traveling for 14 hours & asked if someone could change it for us. Nikki, rudely, said that's not an option then said "well, I could let you switch rooms if you would just ask." We opt to get a new room, even though we just wanted to leave to a new hotel at this point. The floors in the room were absolutely disgusting. We made the mistake of taking our socks off and our feet (and shoes) stuck to the floors. We got in, slept, and got out as fast as we could.

First off we had to pay a extra $100 cash deposit that we wasn’t aware of, less than 10 mins in my room I decide to take a hot bath, I started the water and stepped one foot in the tub and my foot slid right from under me causing me to fall hard into the tub right on my right buttock, I tried to write a incident report cause the tub didn’t have any slip stripes ( I was not aware ) no one cared that this happened to me, there was no manager on duty and the person there had no idea what to do, she stated she didn’t know the managers name, and it was the weekend and it was nothing she could do, eventually after asking twice she gave me a email to the manager, she never contacted me, this happened on Friday I left on Sunday morning and no one contacted me or even cared how I was doing, the room was ok, the bed and pillows was the best part of the stay, the water gets really hot, the ac really cold, the restroom knob was about to fall off, and the walls are paper thin. I had a terrible stay and it all started when I fell in that tub 10 mins in the room and had to ice my butt my whole stay!! 2/10 I do not recommend!!!

Very dirty. Rude staff. One of staff attempted to get into my room 15 minutes after arrival! Without knocking! Lucky for staff member the hook prevented this idiot from entering and putting my life in danger! The end result would have horrific for them if they had made it inside my private room! Demanding CASH at check in is very odd!! Perhaps they have never heard of debit or credit cards!! The clerk stated if Cash not paid that I could stay elsewhere!! Very bad to spring this on someone that is tired and just wants to sleep! Also telling me that when I check out a 5am that I would have no problem getting my cash back! Sadly, when I checked out at 5am the clerk said the safe is locked and no cash available until 830am. How much cash is in that safe overnight!! Pure stupidity!! I asked what happens if paying customers can’t come back! The clerk said after 7 days money belongs to them! Very shady way of getting a CASH bonus! If this represents travel lodge standards?? I will take the clerks advice and never stay at another travel lodge again!! Definitely avoid any travel lodges in the future!!
